The following photographs are from a book in progress about Sacramento architect, Leonard F. Starks (1891-1986), who with two of his partners, Edward C. Hemmings and Edward F. Flanders, created many of the landmarks of the city and surrounding area. The book will cover the period of their work together from 1922-1951.
